Western Exterminator has been servicing my home for years. Their employees, like Justin, are well trained and professional. There is an open line of communication that has been established, so I am always aware when he is coming to service my home. He asks if there are any concerns that need immediate attention, and before he leaves, Justin share his observations. As a result, I have had minimal pest problems.

Western Exterminator is awesome. I can always get an appointment swiftly for any issues I may have, and the technician that comes out to my home (Justin) does a wonderful job of keeping me updated on whats going on and following up to ensure any pests or bugs problems have been fully resolved. Rick is great! He is professional, well organized, easy to communicate with, and is a nice and easy going person. I appreciate his attention to our questions, concerns, and overall IPM approach, as well as his dedication to his job and his clients.
