I had Western out to replace my 44(!) year old HVAC system that finally gave out. The initial technician that came to troubleshoot the system, the consultant, and the actual installers were incredible -- knowledgeable, polite, and very transparent about what options would work for me. They treated my home with respect and explained all of the issues they ran into and did quality work. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the front office coordination/communication was disappointing. My original service date was cancelled one business day before work was to begin because of delayed permitting, but this was not communicated to me until I called asking for an update. Overall, I highly recommend Western to anyone who needs quality work done on their HVAC. They were fairly priced, did an excellent job, and are a gem of a business in Columbia County.
