We were able to get a quote within a few days and a crew out to our house that weekend. Everyone was super professional and kind. They worked so hard and removed our three trees in two days. They cleaned up the tree debris and stacked the rounds we wanted to keep. Stump grinding was also amazing and left us with lots of mulch. What a fantastic group! Highly recommend Alex and his Team.

We have a 100+ yo large leaf maple that really needed a good trim, crowning and pruning. The team have been phenomenal, from the start of getting an online inquiry and hearing back from Chelsea the office manager within 24 hours or so, to having Mathew a certified arborist come out and provide a quote (which was very reasonable and fair) and finally having Isiah and team come out and getting the job done in a very timely manner! We are on a bit of a busy corner and the crew made sure to keep the area secure and safe. They did a great job cleaning the area after they were done. They also quickly notified us that a light fixture broke off during the cutting, which was promptly fixed by the team. We got a few quotes from other companies but went with WHTSS since they were reasonable and local! We like to support local businesses as much as we can. We highly recommend them for any tree service, these guys can get any job done! THANKS GUYS!!

I am delighted with the work performed by Western Hemlock. Alex, the owner, arrived as scheduled, asked clarifying questions I had not considered, addressed any questions/concerns I had, and wrote up the bid while he was there. Once scheduled, the crew arrived and got straight to work. Communication was good throughout the process, the agreed-upon work was done safely, and the job site - which stretched into the neighbor's yard - was left clean. I would recommend Western Hemlock to anyone, and I have.
