Sonja and their office is very irresponsible, unprofessional and really doesn’t have a clue to what they are doing. I have done property management before and I have never seen such a $&/? show. I feel for people who trust her with their properties because one day it will come back to bite them. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere

If I could show minus stars I would. This company has lousy customer service, ooops, they don't have any customer service. I contacted them regarding a property for rent, they replied to my initial Email, but any further Emails, or phone calls went ignored. They didn't even have the decency of sending me an Email to tell me whether or not the unit in which I was interested was still available. Never had any more contact until last Thursday or Friday. If I where a property owner looking for someone to manage my property, I'd look else where.

We have been renters from Sonja for 13 years and have never had a better landlord. Everything that we have needed, we have had immediately taken care. She's a lovely person who is easy to talk to. We started out renting as a family and as my children got older they moved away. My oldest went through her to buy his current home and got a fantastic deal. My younger son is now renting through her. Our whole family absolutely loves her.
