My wife and I had used a national broker to help with our home and auto insurance for many years. As the cost of living has grown substantially we started to have concerns we might be "under insured". Our national broker didn't seem to have much interest in meeting with us to review all of our coverages. They failed to return our e-mails and calls on three occasions! Needless to say we felt it was time to find someone new to help us. We were thrilled with the help we received from Western Insurance. Western came to our home and worked diligently to review all of our coverages. Very professional, very thorough. We are very glad we found these fine folks! We strongly recommend them.
