Western Laundry

Great customer service, clothes came out nicely! It's pricier than the city, but it makes sense they have to charge more to stay in business. Again, wonderful people who obviously care about making you a happy customer. We will definitely be returning.

I was recently not feeling well and couldn't do my own laundry, so I brought in a large order of laundry dry to be washed. It was very large. I was told that it would take almost a week to complete. I had to call and ask if my laundry was ready, I was never told that it was finished. I was then informed that the laundry I had picked up was everything they had of mine. When I got home and began to put things away, I noticed that I was missing several items. I then called back and was told they had found everything and I could come pick up the rest of my items. When I got home, I found that I was still missing several items, including a handmade quilt that was very near and dear to me. Several items were also ruined during the wash proces, and I had to throw them away. I then opened a bag and found that one of my items had not been dried completely, so everything in the bag smelled of mold. They are impossible to get on the phone and they make no effort to make things right. I deeply, deeply regret ever using their services.

Dropped off four items on 10/25/23 and was given a receipt that said the items would be ready after 4pm on 11/03/23. I have called multiple times since then and my items still are not ready for pickup today, 11/14.
