I recently took a very expensive designer jacket to Western Laundry to have them dryclean, and treat garment stains. Ben, the owner, determined the garment had "bled" due to defective dye used on the garment. He made every attempt to have the garment retstored, but to no avail. He additionally reached out to the original seller of the garment, on my behalf, to see about a replacement, or refund. This is the kind of professional service experience I appreciate. They went above and beyond to accomodate my needs, and I would highly reccommend them!

We have lived in Prescott Valley for 27 years. I was trying to find a dry cleaner to clean or wash my faux leather bedspread, all calls at every other place said no! Wow! When I found Western Laundry they said yes!!! They truly did a beautiful job on cleaning my item....❤, Perfect 👍, and it smells amazing!!! I will never go anywhere else but Western Laudry!

Western Laundry does an excellent job cleaning our clothes, mending or hemming various things, and pressing our King top sheets after I launder them. Their prices are reasonable also. We are very pleased with their service and courtesy.
