Really bad .customer service .no solution on my issue

Go through their online catalog and jot down the product numbers you want and calculate the lin. feet you need. Then, try calling them and seeing if they will actually write down what you want and ship it to the site. They will not. Not unless you are a "contractor". "We don't have the capacity to do that." I ask, "To do what? Take my order/money and drop the materials off?" ..."Uh, yeah I guess."
