My name is Gabriel I’m a real painter that worked for this so called company western pacific painting for one day and by the way I broke down on my way there but I still made it there 30 min late I took a taxi to the job but what matters is that I made it there and I explain to him my car broke I’m not ganna be able to work for u any more my car broke down u think u can pay me for my work I did for u today he said,” I don’t know what to tell u I pay fridays” so Friday came and he never picked up his phone so I call from another phone and he answers and hung up as soon as soon as he heard my voice does any one have any suggestions on what to do to get my money should I file a lean on that home and then the owner get back at him????
