I was hesitant to call Westhaven because I had "heard," not so good things about them. I phoned them and setup an appointment. Our problem was solved when Daniel arrived went up on the roof and immediately went to work to correct the issue. Daniel was very professional and answered all our questions. He seemed very knowledgeable and confident in completing the task. Thanks Daniel!
Westhaven Power has been a nightmare for us. I signed a contract in February and it’s now June and our solar panels still aren’t up and running. I’ve had issue after issue with them since I signed the contract. One of their workers damaged our ceiling and they promised to fix it and look at the repairs they did. They told us to hire a contractor and they’d reimburse us. Now they won’t send us the check.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. My family is still struggling with Westhaven Power, and I’d like to spare other people the headache. Their communication is awful, It’s been a nightmare. I’ve had to take time off work multiple times and they still don’t show up. It’s also concerning that they don’t even call to tell me they’re not coming. I have a picture of a text message from them canceling my appointment without contacting me first. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
I’ve been working with the account manager, but after a few weeks of helpfulness, he stopped being as helpful. Solar panels are a huge investment, and I hope this review will help others avoid this company.
