Convenient but the prices absurd. Most of the time I end up walking out and driving to Home Depot.

I asked an associate for help, and he unenthusiastically replied "what'd you need?" I started to ask for what I needed and he just kept talking over me, rambling about how he was deaf and the rain made it worse... How, I have no idea, but eventually I told him I would try to find the items I needed on my own, because it was tough to talk when he constantly interrupted me when I would ask a question, with his own personal problems. As he was walking away he said I should shop somewhere else. Asked to speak to his manager, and when she came out , he had told her that I cursed at him. When I explained to her what actually happened, she continued to defend him and his bad behaviours. And she was just as useless while trying to help. I asked questions that a manager should have been able to answer and she seemed oblivious to any knowledge, telling me that there could potentially be dozens of different thread patterns for broom handles and that unless I wanted to go and bring the mop head in, she didn't know what to tell me. I told her there was no need to open one mop head we were looking at and she completely ignored that and opened it anyway, even though it didn't have the plastic attachment in it to check. I won't go into the two working the front counter, but they should focus more on checking out customers as a priority, not a side gig to their conversation. Horrible experience.
