Sometimes (more lately than ever) it seems like I must work at getting to the pivotal answers that determine how repairs are done and what causes New estimate/revisions And how much longer my car will stay in this shop for completion. These workers are talented & thorough. The results are 99.99% up to industry standards, but it's a little annoying how opaque the process feels to the customer [me] unless I'm willing to ask 3 or 4 questions to hear (useful) justifications and the way that managers operate.

Very nice customer service, they know and explain everything about the job to be doing and keep you informing about the progress and at the end, they did a Very Good job on my car
