Unlawful. They will rip you off. They’ve said I did not pay for more than 6 months after it was paid off by GAP insurance. Had two accounts for the one car and had me paying it after it was already paid off. Not honest. Will not correct their mistakes and will hang up on you when you call customer service. This place needs to be sued in a class action lawsuit.

Does anyone know the towing company they use for repossession? My sister car was repossessed after they closed her account but continued to expect payments. There was literally no way to make the payments although she had the money. Every time she put her account number in and ssc it would tell her no account found then they changed the number randomly to an old number from years ago. 0/10 do not recommend.

Their customer service is ok but they seem somewhat deceptive. I processed a payment online, received a confirmation email but the payment was never deducted from my account. I contacted my bank to determine if the payment was presented and it had not. I attempted another payment using the same payment option used for my reoccurring deduction. That payment did not go through either. I was told by a representative that my bank reversed the payment. Meanwhile my bank has no record of either attempt. They removed one nsf but not the other when neither incident was my fault. And they are refusing to remove the fee.
