After waiting nearly 3 months for a pair of shoes that I purchased for a special event, I finally went in and asked for a refund. The issue is not that the owner couldn't get my shoes. The issue is that repeatedly I was told he'd check on the situation and call me back, or that he had found a pair and they were being shipped immediately, or that they were coming next week. The phrase, "being given the run around," applies because I never got the shoes. In our final phone conversation he kept saying he would compensate me whatever I wanted, so when I finally went in and reminded him that he hadn't called me back yet again, as promised, and that I wanted a refund, I was given only the amount I paid. With coupons currently available (which I hadn't used for my purchase) he could have offered me some cash back, but didn't. I won't be returning so I didn't want a discount on my next purchase! Unfortunately this was the 2nd time this occurred at this store, but the first time I ultimately got the shoes in a shorter period of time. My advice, unless you can leave with your purchase, beware.
Manager, Tim, is all-around fantastic!! Very service oriented and will do "150%" or more, to get you what you need. Very good quality and variety of shoes, bags, etc ...
