One of the most beautiful, spacious yoga studios I've ever been to. Excellent variety of yoga classes ranging from yin to strength to hot to meditations. Wonderful locker and shower space. Highly recommended!

I knew nothing about yoga and the staff has been nothing but extremely helpful and encouraging. After two months and 15 classes later I have experienced a positive change mentally and physically. The app makes it extremely easy to see the schedule and book classes in advance. I highly suggest anyone looking to begin or switch studios to give Westlake Yoga Co. a shot!

I’ve never seen a yoga studio with more to offer than Westlake Yoga Co. Daily they offer a full schedule of Hot yoga in a completely state-of-the-art room. Not only is it the hottest room, it’s the safest. Their system uses fresh air and constantly monitors C02 levels to make sure everyone leaves feeling good. They offer a full schedule of daily meditation, including sound bath, holotropic breathwork, reiki, kundalini, yoga nidra and so much more. Finally, they offer a full schedule of traditional yoga with some of the most incredibly knowledgeable instructors you can imagine. Gentle yoga, hatha, Vinyasa, yin, barre. It is an amazing community and filled with the best people. Locally owned, no corporate non-sense. The owners are there daily, at the front, helping out and the staff are so happy. It is the best studio around.
