I was blown away at the customer service here. The main isle was lined with associates waiting to answer questions from people walking in the front door. They were there, but we're not pushy. They all had great attitudes and I got that good old feeling thats seems so hard to come by these days. We will certainly make the trip across town for this experience. They just don't do it like this anymore these days. Oh, the prices are right inline with other local or online stores. The barbecue department is HUGE! Tons of cookers and accessories! Thanks for a great experience! Keep up the good customer service.

What can I say? It's our friendly neighborhood Ace Hardware. They are always helpful, friendly, and great for asking for advice on projects. My roommate and I come here all the time to pick up various things we need for various projects. My last trip here I picked up an iFixit electronics repair kit to mod my handheld game system, and previous trips here, we've gotten the usual things like sandpaper, and paint, all kinds of other things. They've got a pretty good selection of the the usual assortment of things that you'd expect from a neighborhood hardware store. And it's very nice to have them so close, so that when working on a project if we need something, we can just hop on over as they are just a few minutes from the house.

I've liked Ace Hardware for a longtime, and now that I'm approaching my forties I seem to find myself there more and more frequently. I especially like this Ace location. I don't think I've ever walked out of this place without getting exactly the thing I went there for. In fact, this location is so great that I've left it without the thing I thought I needed because I was informed that I didn't even need the thing in the first place. The staff is friendly and helpful. They won't even make you feel like a fool for not knowing how to properly use a power drill.
Thanks Ace!
