My dermatologist Dr. Arnsten is always accurate in identifying and treating pre-cancerous and cancerous spots. She is caring and engaging. I am thankful for her.

If I could rate this office lower, I would. Aside from being impossible to reach even for existing patients, their billing infrastructure is a mess. After 7 months of going to appointments I find out they're not actually credentialed with my insurance because they were bought out by another company. Wasn't told this when I started going and now I find out the claims for 7 months have never even been submitted to my insurance and have no way of knowing how much if anything will be covered. The medical care is pretty average but not worth dealing with the mess this office is. Don't make the $700+ mistake I made out of convenience of it being close by. If you've been affected by their insurance billing issues, I highly recommend making a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and even the Insurance Compliance office so they can talk to your insurance and find out what's happening.

Called 5/23 for an appointment. My usual doctor was no longer at the clinic and was told the next available appointment was 7/2 @1:15pm with Dr Paulson. So I made the appointment and was told I'd be on the wait list to try and get me in sooner. Was never called from the wait list. On the morning of my appointment, I noticed I never got a confirmation email. So I called several times to try and confirm the time of my appointment. Couldn't get through to a person, so I left a voicemail asking for a callback to confirm my appointment time. Didn't get a call back. So I show up early for my appointment only to talk with a confused receptionist trying her best to help me, which of course she couldn't because they had zero record of my appointment. Shortly after leaving the clinic, I get a call from a sheepish person returning my call from the morning. Thanks for nothing. I took time away from work for this? Find a new clinic. This place can't do the basics to track appointments and respond to the most simple inquiries from patients. I can see why my Dr left.
