I continue to be blown away by the care , attention and knowledge I have received from the dental department ! The knowledgeable and kind Toya and Dr. Bahadurji show that they care and like what they do . The energy in the office is friendly and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes . This is the 1st time in my life I actually look forward to going to the dentist .
The doctors are good but the front desk staff absolutely suck. They don't even know the guest Wi-Fi password. They claim they don't have access to emails. Please yield the advice of other people with one star reviews here. Look elsewhere. I've had people call me and say one thing and then 10 minutes later I speak to some other front desk person, and they say the opposite. This has happened more than once. They are so woefully, incompetent and rude and aggressive that they will, cancel your appointments without letting you know and always take the easy way out.
They truly don't know what's going on. I've been in tears for the last three weeks because they need proof that I canceled a former insurance provider. Even if I had two insurances, it should NOT be an issue. Plus they gave me an email to send proof to that literally bounces back!!!! And their back system has issues billing, and any and all issues they have they pass on to the clients.
LOOK ELSEWHERE!
