Westside420 Recreational Marijuana

First off, I am not “an employee of a competitor” I’m just a new customer with an honest review. The customer service was exceptional during my visit. The employees were engaging and helpful. I’ve been to more than fifty shops throughout Washington and the customer service here easily ranked in the top ten. The prices were all on the high side compared to other shops (some were ridiculous) but we decided to give em a try anyway. Although friendly, the staff did have a tendency of recommending the highest priced products. The main problem I have with this shop is that the already high marked prices DON’T INCLUDE THE WEED TAX!!! In over 50 shops I have never seen this practice before. This meant that my already high purchase of $119 now came to $172! And there’s no way to know this before hand, no signs, employees didn’t mention it, the only reason I found out was looking at the receipt. Now,to employ a practice that is the opposite of the industry standard, and to keep it quiet seems kind of shady to me. Bottom line: they’re already high prices are going to be almost 50% higher at purchase, and no one will tell you beforehand.I feel taken advantage of and I will never shop at this store again.

This shop is great! They not only have a wide variety of products but a very personable staff. Loyalty program works well too. Stop in and get some.

This place sold me a 15 dollar joint Thanksgiving eve. Being a responsible smoker I drive two blocks home for there to be no product inside the tube. I've been a customer here a very long time. But I will not go hear again shame on you guys selling products you can't guarantee are even there... and not making it right with a loyal customer that's been going they're for years
