After an absolute terrible experience with Guild Mortgage in Seattle, we turned to Drew Daley at Westwood Mortgage, and I am so happy we did! He made the experience extremely easy, as stress free as possible, and got us an amazing rate. His communication with us was the best part of our experience. He gave us his personal phone number and responded to our emails usually within an hour during business days. I highly recommend working with him, and when we make our next purchase we will definitely be back!

Tom and his team were absolutely fantastic. Throughout the process Tom spent several hours on the phone explaining everything in detail as well as any alternate options that were available. Unlike my last home purchase with a larger bank, the team at Westwood Mortgage had all the documentation done a week ahead of our closing date. Additionally, Tom's attention to detail and upfront preparation saved us from the typical last minute scramble. We are so happy in our new home and would absolutely recommend using Westwood Mortgage for any real estate transaction. Thanks again Tom!

October 2021. Once again, I am so happy with the service I got from Westwood Mortgage. Working with Tom Schwab, and the whole team that took part in our refinance was amazing. From start to finish, they were helpful, understanding and professional. Tom was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Having Tom explain the options available, so we could make the best decision - based on our needs - was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend working with the Westwood Mortgage team.
