We rented 2 sound systems for our wedding in August 2018. Equipment was of good sound quality and everything worked flawlessly. Jack who we worked with got us everything we needed for our slightly complicated event. He was very flexible with all our requests. Highly recommended if you are in need of a sound system for rent. So glad we chose to rent from Whatcom Sound.

This business should not be given anything more than one star. About two years ago I had this business install security cameras at my business (approximately a $3500 job) . At the time the salesman (and owner Paxton) convinced me to go with what he said was the highest grade and best camera option available spending over $700 per camera. Yet a couple of the cameras have started having issues resulting now in one of the cameras no longer displaying a video feed. I tried calling them to see if they would come out and look at the cameras and help me get them all going again. The morning of the day that they were scheduled to come out to my business I woke up to an email with a pre-charged site visit of $105 being charged to me before they’ve even come to my property to look at the cameras. Cameras they sold me just two years ago and I was told then that they would service them and they would always be a phone call away if I needed them. Yet now it seems they are PRE:CHARGING customers a “site visit” before they even come to the site. This is ridiculous and I’ll be contacting the BBB
