Friendly staff, reasonable prices. The bikes were well maintained and clean. Great place to grab a rental of bikes, or the group peddling carts.

Garbage business. I accidentally left my license there during our bike rental is is required. Tried to pick it up the next day... they're closed everyday except weekends. Nobody picks up the phone. Nobody returns messages. Waited till next weekend and now they don't even have my license. Lost my license for no go reason; this place is grossly mismanaged and incompetent.

Gabby was wonderful! She answered my questions about biking alone and safety along the trail. The facility is clean and organized and well stocked with numerous choices for biking. The self guided tour is relaxing and takes you along the beach and also residential neighborhoods. Thanks Gabby for a delightful visit to Alki Beach. I recommend this business!
