Rented a uhaul from them, 1st I get a different trailer than what was listed on the paper and then called the customer service number to make sure the right information wax on file and there was no place to return it when we were finished because they had the parking lot blocked off. Will never rent from them again!!!!

I have purchased a steel carport, a steel garage and a tandem axle dump trailer from these folks. Great to do business with. Quality products at a good price. Local business contributing to the local economy. Totally satisfied!

After buying a carport in mid-November to be delivered before Christmas, I still don't have a carport at Christmas. I called to find out when and was told he'd get back to me, a week later no call. Called again to cancel and was told no refund of deposit although neither he nor the home office can give me a reasonable date for delivery. Home office says after snow is gone. I already have almost three feet in my yard and more on the way . So maybe March? Terrible customer service. No working with customer to resolve issues. Just "you paid the deposit, tough luck".
