I recently bought a kitten from these guys at Petco in Napa. That night, i noticed something wrong with his ear , it was all crusty inside. Turns out , they sold me a cat with ringworm. Thanks for the headache , i hope my little baby doesn't get it.

Contacted them about a mother cat who brought her kittens to my front porch. All I got in response was “we are full, try another rescue”. Meanwhile on their Facebook page they bragged about getting a shipment of cats in need from out of the area. I contacted Ripple Effect, they immediately helped me and the Humane Society spayed the mother.
