I have an older BMW that some rodents got into so it needed a new wiring harness. I took my car to the dealer and once they submitted all the information to my insurance, my insurance wanted to total out my car. With today’s climate of the car market, I couldn’t afford to buy a new car but I also can’t afford the dealer price for the repair. I was obviously very stressed out and gave Mike a call. He was extremely professional and explained everything very thoroughly. Mike took care of everything so quickly and I’m very grateful to have found this shop!! Will definitely be coming back here! I stumbled upon this place online and decided to take a chance on it and I am so happy I did. The owners are very welcoming and the technician was very knowledgeable on Mercedes and took time to make sure that he found the source of the shakiness I was feeling with my car. I thought I was going to be spending a fortune because I had received quotes from other businesses with outrageous prices but he was able to keep the cost down. My wallet and my car are happy with this visit and I am so thankful my car is no longer giving me any problems.

I brought my 2014 E350 in after the dealership quoted me over 4 grand to replace the cam adjusters. Mike is a certified Mercedes Benz technician and informed me that it was a common problem with the engine in my car. He quoted me a much more reasonable price for the repair and the car ran like new. Very professional staff and trustworthy people! Will be bringing in all my vehicles for service and repairs to White Oak Mercedes moving forward!!
