I was lucky to find that Eric had an opening the day after I called to repair the diverter valve in my tub. During the repair, he noticed that previous work had actually left some damage on the copper pipe that could have caused issues with creating a tight seal. Eric managed to make some slight adjustments to how he installed everything, which left me with a beautiful new spout and the knowledge that everything was installed correctly.
While he was at my house, I found that he had enough availability to also replace the hose bibb in the back of my house that had been causing me issues for years. Instead of cutting into my siding, he suggested adding an access panel inside of the house to do the work, which is hardly noticeable.
Eric brings the skills and experience to a job to ensure that the work he does is high quality. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.
