Very disappointing. Despite requesting both hemming and dry cleaning for my dress, only the hemming was done.
Moreover, the way the issue was handled was concerning! The person at the front desk (possibly the owner) was speaking condescendingly to the employees when addressing the mistake and it was really uncomfortable.

I have been to White Swan on 3 different occasions and they have done an excellent job each time. Dry cleaning service turned out great, plus it’s a reasonable cost, and just generally quick and easy. I had alterations done on a formal dress and the seamstress was helpful and quick, and again, reasonably priced. The 3rd visit was for my winter coat - it got torn and ripped. I explained it was my only coat and asked how quickly I could get it back. The seamstress said, “give me 10 minutes” and sure enough she fixed it right then and there! They always treat customers with respect and the seamstresses are excellent at what they do. Can’t speak highly enough!

Fast dry cleaning service!!! I dropped off 2 suits and 2 shirts to be dry cleaned and everything was ready the next day even before my pick up time!!! Excellent service!
