If you have goals that are above the traditional 9 to 5, and don't mind putting in the work required in order for you to attain said goals, then Whitewolf Communications is definitely the place for you. I have only been working for this amazing company almost 2 weeks, and I'm already being looked at for promotion, I don't know of any other job out there that you could say the same thing about and be completely honest.
However if you are the type of individual who isn't goal oriented or lazy for that matter, then I wouldn't even recommend you wasting your time or the company's time in you, because it's not going to work out.
Recently started recruiting for Whitewolf and I absolutely love it! The culture is great if you are looking for something diverse, open minded, with structure! I enjoy the communication and time managers sped with me directly in order to speed up my progress. I feel comfortable reaching out to them about anything professionally as well as reaching out to them for direct mentorship. The company is extremely honest in all areas. If you are a straight forward, fun, positive, individual who looks at failure as progress/understanding of individual growth then this is the place for you! Not every company is perfect, but what is cool about this company is feedback, improvement, and acknowledgment of areas of opportunity is highly encouraged consistently!!!!! Accountablity is highly valued ALWAYS! May be biased, but this company is the definition of understanding life/yourself/others to its FULLEST!!....plus comes with financial stability/opportunity , which is a bonus:)
