I am so disappointed with the sofa set that I purchased here a few years ago. They have NOT held up well at all. I was promised that their furniture is grade A quality. This is so not true!! These people are hustlers with a racket going on. I paid for an upgrade to a better grade of foam for the sofa cushions and did not receive that. In fact, I was frauded by these jokers. I also paid extra to have the foundation of the 4 pieces built higher than the original display. I did not receive this upgrade either. The cushions are now as saggy as can be and even more egregious is that the fabric is very badly pilled. I am very sorry that I chose this furniture warehouse to build my sofas and will never give them a piece of my business again.

The owner is always forthcoming about anything you ask about each product and very friendly. He allows you to look around without pressuring you in any way. My husband and I have bought 2 couch sets from them and absolutely love them

I bought a couch from them. Was promised delivery at the end of the month. It took 4 months for delivery. Never received a phone call , to let me know it would be delayed. Then they promised to returned the delivery charge, but to this date, i never received it. They never kept their word for the second time. I give it three stars, only because I like my couch, but don't like how they do business. Will never do business with them again.
