Zero star Napa WIC Office This is my Experience Napa WIC Told me if I had to change my benefit or something just call them and let them know on time. That’s what I did. I have three weeks try and call them every day. They don’t answer the phone. I call them an hour time they’re open They never answered the phones I’ve been going in person. I see them sitting down only thing they have the door closed I’m not on the door they don’t open. I called them and when somebody answered the phone I told him what I need. They just told me I’m write it down and let the lady fix it. Is it OK? Thank you now three weeks Sense they call them, they just do not answer my phone Just send me straight to the voicemail.
