I've visited this store about 3 or more times now. 1 employee is very nice, but not as knowledgable as the other. The one who knows the most isn't particularly friendly, not rude either. My issue is when I called to ask a follow up question about what i was going to purchase, she seemed put out. Then, when i mentioned that they were on the high side in pricing the exact same wigs, she said no variation in price will be given. Well, $400 over other stores, and you have mediocre customer service, theres no reason for me to purchase through you. Sorry.

The entire team is focused on caring for women struggling with hair loss. If you are concerned about minor thinning to complete hair loss you feel better when you leave. I personality felt overwhelmed because I work and it has negatively impacted me. I felt a huge injection of self esteem after I left this Salon. Don’t hesitate if you are struggling with hair thinning.
