WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
UPDATE. 5.19 - THIS COMPANY PAYS TO CHANGE MY REVIEW FROM DOES NOT RECOMMEND TO RECOMMEND.
UPDATE* - Charles got in contact with me and visited the property and agreed to help by paying for cleaning and removal of piano in exchange for removing this posting. I agreed and it's only gone down hill. The cleaners are all booked out. He offered to help find cleaners. So far that has not happened, in the mean time. we've had to spend 17 hours cleaning the house to be able to use it. This is not everything either.
Second. a large Piano required removal. After two junk removal companies said they couldn't come out. Charles said a friend would remove it for him. When I found someone. but they backed out. I tried to get a hold of him. No response.
Now. After the second time he has shown up at the house unannounced after I told him he needed to check with me to ensure I would be there. Both times I wasn't. My husband directed him to contact me, this still has not happened.
At this point. I expect absolutely nothing from this man or Company other than to leave us alone and know that my Reviews will remain up as I cannot say enough about how horrible the Experience has been. I hope this company screen's their sellers better in future.

This company allowed for a completely unprofessional key transfer after repeadly asking for in person transfer. Allowed their sellers to leave a property in absolutely disgusting conditions and likely never gold them that cleaning, even a little bit, is curtosy.
After the process of buying a house hosted by this company. My agents and is frustration at trying to get basic information from this company. I would be worry about purchasing anything listed by them.
My husband and I have bought our dream home from Charles and sold our home with Charles and Janette Wilcox. Now they are finding us a new home. He treated us as if we were BBF. Now we are!! We were the most important people to them as clients. Wanting to find the best home for us. Same feeling when we sold our home. Charles and Janette simply care about their clients and their needs. They don’t stop working until the job is done. They are the best! Thank You Charles and Janette
