I have this on video with sound . You don’t need education at all to stand on your feet for a few hours a day. in this huge freezer environment. Without even asking to touch my stuff I bring another cart from another store in there for a minute while I was waiting for my taxi because I have arthritis and I couldn’t carry all my bags and she was taking all my stuff without even asking me and shoving me out it was weird .Before I had to walk a huge block to come over I called your # and nomatter what option I pressed no answer or return phone calls. I came for my first time. Didnt like how Your employee was telling me to not buy any wagyu and get some liver instead. I told him I need my iron up without my bad cholesterol to go up. He didnt understand wagyu as much as he knew about eating liver. I find your employees pushy to sell meet like there rushing to seel meet/fish. I have moderate arthritis in both hips and some other rare health problems. I walked with my service dog to check your facility out. Then the latin guy with a mean face told her to ask me to leave without a reason. Just please leave my store. I was in shock. I asked her sever times calmly why do I need to leave your store? Finally she saids were closed. The window sign and online say's 9 pm I was there less then 5 mins. at 8 pm. Then she says we didnt have any customers so were closing early. Well I told here I was thinking of buying something. Im a customer. Well my taxi finally shows up at front door and the women follows me like she was harrassing me to the taxi. Telling the taxi how to leave the parking lot. I told the lady to mind here on business and stop harrassing me into my taxi I called for to get home safetly With my Service dog ect.. I am a people oriented person and I would never tell someone out right to leave my store a pause to think of a bs reason to get a person out of a private business. Very bizzare. I read some other bad reveiews from a person like me who went out of there way to discuss the purchase he made from online. Very upset customer. Your meat and fish is a global product you can get from other people. I wont come here again dont worry and I will share this experience online for the humiliating moment I step foot into the store. To think who I could have recomended your products if I was treated well. Poor hiring Weirdos also its next to sprouts in same parking lot. They sell better then what you have except they dont have Wagyu yet. I went there 2 times I talked to tall manager the first time and asked him to send me more info on wagyu meet he may be able to get for me in the future. So I left my name ,cell and email. I still have no response. I

I only purchased their guacamole last week bc our freezer is full right now, it is very tasty 😋 & it has stayed green in the fridge longer than it says in the package. We're going back for sure, they have a huge food variety, excited to try a lot of their foods!

So far I’ve purchased a whole turkey, a bone in turkey breast and two ribeye steaks in store and they were all excellent quality!..much better than I usually find at a typical grocery store. The prices are also very reasonable and far less expensive than most specialty butcher shops. Highly recommend and I’ll be back for sure!
