It's been a while since I left Seattle, this place is always must go place everytime I come visit back here. I love the hibachi, rolls, sushi, cocktails from this restaurant. Servers are friendly and attentive. I LOVE THIS PLACE

It took us a few minutes to find the restaurant but did so quickly once we looked for “Tokyo Steakhouse” signage. It was a busy NYE. We made a reservation and were sat down quickly. The waitress came after 10 minutes or so to take our orders and offered us water.
Salad and miso soup came shortly after. Another 10 minutes passed and the chef came and began cooking. Food was plentiful and we skipped dessert as we were full and many people were waiting at the entrance.
Realizing that it was an unusually busy night, here are a few other observations:
- we were only offered water one time
- we ordered a sushi tower for appetizer but it never came
- was difficult to catch waitress’ attention
- we were offered two sauces that resembled salad dressing (thousand islands and ginger) but they were not so tasteful. The food themselves were bland. I might bring my own spicy sauce next time
- we could hear cheers and laughter from other tables but our chef was not in the mood to talk or engage with us
- one person in our table did not like the calamari and the chef cooked an extra steak for her and we were not charged - very classy
All in all, I think the restaurant was running smoothly on such a busy night. Luck wasn’t with us as we didn’t get much of a show because our chef wasn’t in the mood. The food was a bit bland but was not overcooked. Would be great if some variety of sauces are offered (steak sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce) on a per table basis.

This is my new favorite sushi spot in town!
Came at 8:10 for last seating and i thought we were going to get rush to eat.
They treated us like it was their star guest of the night.
Everything is so good here!
