I hate to say my third time here not the best at their new location. Today I got the meat and cheese omelet and it was so oily that my napkin couldn’t soak it up fast enough. So I did request another one which was great. I also ordered a cheese omelet to go. Well it was just as oily as mine and had been sitting for a little bit with all the moisture making the toast wet. So I asked for another one. Yikes I love butter but when it over takes the flavor of the food it is bad. I appreciate their nice response to fix it. Just hope the chef uses a lighter hand with the oil/ butter. Update: went back yesterday 9/6 and called in an order and told it would be 30 minutes but ended up to be 45. Half of the order shown to me 10-15 minutes before the other half. Omelets dry and over cooked, the steam created in the first half containers make the food inside wet. I don’t know what is going on at this location. The primary one has been always great. I hope this is just having just open. If not I will head to the original location which I love and highly recommend.
Our new Canyon Lake favorite!!!
Art shopping the decor after breakfast was an absolute highlight. Whomever goes home with that donkey painting is in for a real treat!
We had a FABULOUS dining experience! Service was spot on and everyone there lent a hand to make sure we were well taken care of.
The food and proportions were stellar! Highly recommend the quail poppers, smoked salmon eggs Benedict, and the jam with sourdough. Everything the 4 of us ate was perfectly cooked and seasoned.
