As a connoisseur of good bread, I was elated to discover a first-class bakery right in Sierra Madre. Brittany was trained in an Italian Bakery, and her craft is superior to any other local bakery, including Panera. They are open at 8:00 am with the first loaves coming right out of the oven. I like their Sourdough, Country White and Whole Wheat the best. They are absolutely delectable, and they remind me of my childhood growing up in Zurich, Switzerland, where I developed a taste for hearty breads. At $4.25 a loaf, it is one of the best food items Sierra Madre offers.
