my wife and I rented E bikes from Wildlife Cycles for a tour of Orcas Island in September. We spoke directly with the owner who was very helpful and went out of her way to expedite the process and offer helpful tips and alternatives. One of the Orcas Island owners met us at the Ferry Dock with the bikes and drove us to our B&B 3 miles inland which was very helpful as the Ferry Road is very steep and without a shoulder. She briefed us on the bikes, gave us maps and made many good recommendations for routes, food, and sights. Unfortunately, we came down with COVID that night and had to shelter in place. We did not get to use the bikes. They picked up the bikes and gave us a generous refund. We could not have selected a better bike company to rent from.
