We’ve used WVA for over 12 years buying washer/dryer/microwave/2 dishwashers and always used them for repairs. Also referred several friends. We recently bought a new dishwasher and the installation tech damaged our new front door during the install. I shared pictures with Wendy and the painters estimate of $220 to repaint the door and fix it. She only offered to have a handyman come over and try to fix it, not a painter. I tried many times, over a few months, with text messages to work it out, but she won’t respond anymore. It’s too bad! We’ve spent thousands over the years and just wanted them make right something they damaged. A very reasonable request. I guess we’re looking for new a new appliance company!

They are a local small business that cares about customer service. Their pricing is just as good as the big stores, but with a personable feel. Their service and installs are top notch.

Great customer service and especially the support staff, Amanda. She is smart, articulate and does not leave pointless messages. They are concise and to the point.
