Best frame shop! Took a piece of art to this shop hoping they could repair/remove the severe creases in the unstretched canvas. The owner, Bill was confident he could do so. And, he did...with beautiful results! Another frame shop had told me that the creases couldn't be removed and the canvas artwork would need to be mounted rather than stretched. Not true and Bill proved it.
After stretching the canvas and eliminating the creases, Bill helped us choose the perfect frame. We're so happy with the work we took another piece of artwork to them for stretching and framing. Really the absolute best custom frame shop! You can't go wrong.

For 25 years I have entrusted precious pictures of my grandparents, to items preserved in a shadow box, to original artwork to Bill to professionally frame. There is no one else I would go to for a more perfect, museum-quality, end result. Bill and June will work with you to get exactly what you want. I always have 100% satisfaction when I pick up the completed item because I know Bill’s professional eye has properly captured all details to highlight my art. I continue to admire and enjoy each piece I have and they will be able to be passed down for generations to come.

For those of you who have not experienced the expertise of Bill Bounds and his lovely wife when it comes to offering framing advice and design along with framing your special piece of art, be assured that there is none better. We have always used very experienced framers for our art work over the years. Once we moved to Anacortes, we found it difficult to connect with a truly accomplished framer who understood the perfection and the advice that we desired in prior to framing one of our pieces. I can assure you that Bill and his wife quickly assessed our needs and expectations. From the beginning, our experience has evolved into a friendship and skill that we can trust. We first came to meet them over a year ago. Since then, we have enjoyed not only their friendship, but the skills that they both demonstrate. Bill has framed numerous pieces that we had collected for some time while our home in Anacortes was being completed. Their advice has always been spot on.
