Unexceptional customer service.
The lady could have been a bit more polite and a the big manager that she sent out to supposedly help us did not help at all. Was going to purchased other pictures and as a so called manager was suppose to help us try and get a package, but the fat guy was rude too. Does not have any customer service.

We have been with W Edward’s photography since 2012 when all my children went there for the fist time to take a picture to gift me for my birthday, ever since we’ve been back for our senior graduates (High school) , in 2021 my daughter graduated and also had her pictures taken there (simply because there the best ) and last month her frame fell :’( and scratched not only the frame but her beautiful picture :’( So today I walked in there and a kind , generous woman named “MARIA“ helped me :) not only did she understood what our memories mean to every single person that holds one of them pictures but also went out of her way to do a lil touch up and fixed screw in the back ( No she didn’t give me another free picture , so don’t expect free pictures), but let me tell you they are just great , amazing, caring people in there and I can’t wait to come back next year for my granddaughter Senior pictures, and the year after that for my twin boys !!! I can only imagine what beautiful pictures we'll have then , until next time @edwardsphotography

I was there around 5 or 6 years ago for my daughter's senior pictures and for a family photo.. Pictures were so beautiful. They did several scenes and wardrobe changes. I loved every single one. The only issue is the price. At that time on was on a very limited income and had to go in debt just to get a few pictures. They were so amazing and there was no way I could leave without buying them. I'm considering getting pictures done for myself and my boyfriend but I'm not sure I can afford them.
