Overall the employees did a great job once the truck arrived. It was a bit difficult to schedule the appointment but other than that the service was amazing.

Williams helped us index and store many, many years of patient charts when the doctor was retiring in 2015 and went out of their way to assist when patients would request copies of their records. We did not have to do a thing except send them the authorization. They handled the copying and shipping directly with the patient. After destroying some of the files each year, we recently destroyed everything remaining and closed the account. We dealt with the same people each year s continuity was helpful, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Would recommend them highly.

I just would like to say that I appreciate Elisabeth Garcia for going over and beyond for our company. I was in a big bind and she came thru. I appreciate the fact that I was able to call her and she got back to me immediately and made my whole month!
