It's like getting a gormet burger vs. going to McDonalds. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Prices are good. I came in and he spent the time looking through his mistints for me. He even mixed up an existing color to make it closer to what I wanted. They earned my business. And with my hands full of kids, they even helped me get my paint to the car. Awesome
