We are in escrow for a house and Williams Sewer Line provided an inspection of the sewer line for us. Everything was done on time and according to expectations. The report was also very thorough and the engineer provided answers to all of our questions until we understood the inspection.
If I could give 9/10 I would because our inspection required 200 feet of camera, but the engineer did not have that available. It's an unusually long sewer so I wouldn't hold it against them very much.

Came out twice (1st time it was raining) to complete their evaluation - very thorough report and video. My brother who installs city sewer systems back East said they did a great job. Peace of Mind moving forwards with decisions regarding our sewer system.

Nicholas did an awesome sewer inspection of a 100 year old home we were purchasing. He went over the pros and cons of the various sewer line materials the property had (clay, plastic, concrete). He knows what he is doing. He is an encyclopedia/wiki pedia in his area. Brilliant inspector! I will hire him again. I will also refer him to my friends and contacts.
