The store hours show from 9am - 9pm on Saturday, but they had the doors locked up and refused to let any customers in after 8pm. Conveniently removed the closing time from their signage so I guess they can make the rules up as they go?!

Yeah, what Paul said. It's a Williams-Sonoma store. Appropriate size for the city, well stocked, knowledgeable and friendly staff. All transactions I've done, whether purchase, exchange, return, etc were always handled with courtesy and a smile.

This is in reference to online shopping. Ordered a set of dishes which website showed would be delivered January 20th. Received emails confirming the order and delivery date. Checked the status of the orders threw days later and found delivery on orders changed to March 1. Called customer service to cancel. Told they could not cancel right away because order direct shipping from another vendor. Cannot refund my money. The whole process and misinformation is unacceptable and inconvenient.
