I have shopped here a few times and never found what I was looking for. The one time I did purchase something, it didn't work for me and they do not accept returns. I will never shop here again. They mark items up to put them on sale to make it look like you're getting a good deal. You're not and the sale is final so you're stuck with it.

Beware, This is not a Williams-Sonoma store nor is a discount bargain store. This place has Williams- Sonoma merchadise at basically full price and the stuff is outdated or flawed. In the Summer I found candy from last Christmas for 25% off. I would prefer if Williams-Sonoma simply opened a store in Vacaville.

Sales reps Debbie and Jess (Mgr) were such a great help to me today. They knew the W-S products (in store and online) very well. Helped me select, offered suggestions for design and made sure I received the best price available. The store was well stocked, clean and looked first cabin. I’ll definitely return and recommend this outlet b/c of the staff and quality products.
