Best gaming store in the metro area hands down. Prices are ACTUALLY REASONABLE, and they give better trade-in values than anywhere else, so they always have a lot of great stuff in stock. They have a ton of selection for basically every console ever made, highly recommend.
Just note that getting to Fraser Hwy eastbound from here is kind of difficult because of the parking lot orientation, but not impossible. I'd recommend parking at the mall across the street and walking if you need to go that way afterwards.
