The Dr was good. They are very high tech with their exam. The reason for the low rating was due to my prescription issues. I received my prescription in printed format as they did not take my insurance for hardware. Their glasses start at 200.00 for the frame and then add lenses, bifocal, anti scratch, anti glare, etc. So they could be over 400.00 for a set of glasses (this is just my estimate with sales tax). When you can order your glasses from other locations for 150.00 or may even less. I have to order my glasses online. However, my prescription did not have "PD" measurement. So I called. The staff told me they do not provide PD measurement unless you buy your glasses from them. But it is part of the prescription! She kept telling me the online company will tell you how to get your OWN PD measurement. So it seems Willows Optical holds your prescription ransom by denying you to have PD measurement thus making the prescription worthless. Never use this office unless you are ready to pay high price for your glasses - or take your own PD measurement!! Just shocking. I have never experienced optical office doing this.

I never knew I needed glasses till I came here to get a exam, the one thing about this place is with any new patients they try and run your insurance up. The avrg frames in this place is $175+ they even have frames that are $300, not even designer, this place is a pure rip off. I go through Costco now and I’m much more happier with them. Avoid private practices like willow eye care

Dr is okay but the receptionist completely ruins any nice experience. She’s rude and seems overworked.
