Slow. Over charging. Worst experience ever. I had to spend $1500 for an broken lower control arm. They will charge as much as the can if you don't know about cars. The second time I went there for an oil change, on the way back home I realized my car started making weird noise. So I went back. They checked my car and told me I have to replace a $400 sensor. I spent the money but they didn't fix the problem. Then I found out they put my cold air intake backwards when they were doing oil change, they also refused to give me my money back. The third time is the worest, I dropped my car in their shop for a clutch replacement, 2 weeks later they still didn't start working on it. I only got one car. So I decided to switch to another shop. Then owner of the shop became upset started yelling in my face. Another shop only spent one day to finish all the work. After all I will never go back to that place again in my life and I don't recommend anyone go down there.

Excellent Customer Service, Competitive Prices and a Knowledgeable staff! My wiper motor went out on my 94 Saturn. (Lasted long enough!) These guys spent THREE hours fixing it and only charged me for one hour! The part was $50 something, labor is on average most places $100 an hour so right there I'm looking at $150! They pretty much had it done in about an hour but spent an extra two hours calibrating/tweaking my wiper blades so they would be perfect. (This was a pre-existing condition and an annoyance). They Fixed it Good As New! So the extra "40 bucks more" Phhhttt - So worth it! These guys are excellent. They are worth every dime you give them. Honest, Friendly... They will have my business again. :-)

Would give zero stars if possible. Took my car here for some electrical issues, was assured that they had all the right knowhow and equipment to fix it and was quoted $300. I agreed and it took over a week and a half for them to even look at it! Finally they finished and I got it back, then the next time I tried to turn it on, SAME ISSUE! I called them to get it towed back, they charged me for the tow and quoted another $450. They worked for another week, and finished. The car ran for two weeks and broke down AGAIN. Took it to Gaynor's Automotive, they were quick and much cheaper. Its been three months now and still running strong. Moral of the story: this shop is a rip off thats only in it for the quick money. Save yourself the money and headache and go to a reputable business.
