I went in today to buy a windshield wiper for my car had no idea what I was looking for or where to start the 2 Gentleman where very polite and helpful I believe the man’s name was Jose he even came out to my car to install it for me while it was pouring rain 🌧️ I appreciate it very much the whole process was under 10 minutes fast efficient and effective thank you.

These guys have been providing the best customer service in the area for decades; not just for auto parts, but in general. It seems like a rarity to go into a store met with helpful, friendly, and consistent service these days. While Napa may not always have the cheapest prices, they offer great products that the guys at Winchester will back as much as possible. Cheers guys!
