I absolutely love WinCo I shop at the one in Folsom the one on walerga road the one on Watt avenue the one in elk Grove the one in orangevale and now I shop at the one in Roseville because it's the closest to where I live in the mountains I have never had such the rudest employee checker named Josephina checking me out she was so rude that the customer behind me and his wife both looked in shocked she wanted me to scan my groceries she wanted me to pick up my paper towels and move them to the cart she was absolutely rude she also didn't ask if I needed any bags which unfortunately I didn't and I brought my own but if I ever see her in a check stand I will avoid her at all costs she should be grateful and thankful to have a damn job absolutely rude and the customers behind me looked in awe they couldn't believe her rudeness which we talked about in the parking lot she needs to go back to training or school or get some hormone shots but her name was Josephina that's what her name tag said absolutely rude and I will be taking this further !!! she should be honored to work at WinCo !! Good thing she didn't act this way if I pulled her over when I was a federal police officer !!!!!

Everytime I've gone to winco since I've moved here the card machines are consistently giving errors. Have to slide 3 times or insert 3 times. Asked employee and was told it is a known issue. Tried both Chase and USAA debit cards and issue persists. Tried cash today and go to grab change and it's covered in weird liquid. Pretty disgusting. Machine doesn't let you get receipt unless you grab change. Wasn't able to with pay with card and got my fingers covered in weird liquid. Fix your machines and do basic house keeping. đź‘Ž

Being 19 and homeless has already been incredibly hard on me as I’ve lost everything around me in a blink of an eye, all I have left for myself is my van and my boyfriend. We were parked here for a while and nobody told us that wasn’t aloud, it’s a 24 hour parking lot and we have seen many people parking there a few days at a time. Never got a written or verbal warning. All the the staff was absolutely amazing, especially those in the night shift. This morning I was woken up by being yelled at by a supervisor or regional manager or somebody, saying “YOU CANT PARK HERE OVERNIGHT ANYMORE, AND I NEED YOU TO MOVE RIGHT NOW” which was not only scary to be approached in your sleep but also to be yelled at when you didn’t know something was wrong. Also he had two other people with him that seemed to be managers or higher up staff standing with him, so not only was it scary it was absolutely embarrassing. The way he handled it was awful, made us feel horribly although we use their business to eat everyday, have given almost every penny we have to surviving off of their products and that’s how they treated us. There were much better ways of approaching it, and 100000% could’ve been nicer about the situation as we are obviously people that are struggling. I understand you have a business to run but that’s not the way to do it. It’s a 24 hour parking lot, we did nothing to damage or harm the property, we haven’t bothered anybody, we shouldn’t be treated like animals begging for food. If you had nowhere to go, what would you do..?
